$5,000,000 per occurrence and annual aggregate .

Summary

This policy covers certified instructors and coaches registered with Sail Canada against claims for third party bodily injury and/or property damage. Legal costs associated with any defense are also covered.

If at the time of loss there is any other insurance which would apply in the absence of this policy, the insurance under this policy shall apply only as excess insurance over all other insurance coverage.

Important Notes

1. Does not cover any loss or claim involving the use or operation of watercraft 70 feet or more
2. This coverage excludes any damage to property which is in the “care, custody, or control of the instructors.”
3. This coverage applies to the normal operations of instructors and coaches.
4. The coverage territory is Canada
